职位描述：
 1、Carry out development of app and website, detailed analysis of target, enabling the identification of key issues and opportunities.
 2、Interact with target management, developing an understanding of the business supporting the conclusions of analysis
 3、Develop and maintain relationship with target company, during IT due diligence and integration/4、Produce reports and prepare key summary section
 4、Identify deal issues, risks and challenges; Provide suggestions for solutions
 5、Evaluate technology capability in due diligence by collaborating with business and IT team
 6、Work closely with HQ American staff due diligence teams to develop and execute joint projects
 7、Develop IT integration plan and budget as part of IT due diligence report
 8、 Collaborate with IT team to implement integration plan
